Highschool.

Okay. So… I thought middle school was semi-hard. Ahaha. 9th grade is a thousand times worse. So much more stress. I still have to do a project this weekend, but I’m procrastinating. I still write on here sometimes for something to do… I don’t know.

The funny thing is that I do have something to do today… And I’m wasting time on the computer. Haha. I just felt like writing this; I don’t really have anything to write about. So, yeah. :)

Wow… It’s been a while.

Summer has been amazing the past month. I’m surprised it’s already July. I can’t believe it. I miss all of my school friends so much. I never get to see them. *Sighs*.
Even though I haven’t been on edublogs since, well, the end of the 2008 school year, I still write. Yes, this includes my crazy-psycho obsession with Twilight. I write about all that stuff. Haha. I wish some people could see it though… I know no one will read this, probably, like, ever. I don’t care though. It never hurts to write. What a strange way to word that. Oh well, haha.
So I’m surprised summer is going by so quickly. I wish I could see my friends more. My school friends. I miss them immensely. Honestly, I can’t wait until school starts again… Only for that reason, though. Otherwise, summer can drag out as long as it wants. I still have to do an honors biology summer packet and a bunch of honors English crap… well, its not crap, but I just don’t particularly like the topic. Greek mythology or something. Not a topic of my expertise. Haha. Forget I said that.

Well, for the people who still look at my blog; hope your summer’s awesome… I know mine has been… for the most part. Miss you guys. Seriously, call me or something. Haha. Just kidding. Wait, no… Seriously.

Okay. I think I’m done now.

New Page!♥

I added a new page in my blog. I don’t know where it is because I can’t find it, but here’s the link: NEW PAGE: READ!

Me and my friends are making a Twilight blog. Yes, I know you’re sick of hearing “omg, Twilight, Twilight, Twilight!” Well, bare with me because I’m not posting anything else about Twilight on my main page. I’m still going to write about Twilight, but on the page that the link above leads to. Me, Denise, Colleen, and Kassy are also going to be running the ‘Twilight Blog’ we’ve created. I didn’t know about this until recently, so I’ll get the link up ASAP. So now the people who complain about our rambing about Twilight can choose not to read or look at the stuff I/we put up.

To My Techies – “Seperate”

Off to high school in September,

Awesome times that we’ll remember.

Summer closer than before,

Not together anymore.

Some will stay with me and some will go,

I’m going to miss them, and they all know.

Summer will be great,

But when they open the high school gate?

Will we all stay the same?

If not, we have seperation to blame.

I wish it was different,

But all the time has been spent.

Life is going by so fast,

And the end of 8th grade is almost past.

To Denise, Kassy, and Lianne. All my friends going to Tech. I’ll miss you guys. We had three great years together!

Semi’s Tonight!

Semi is tonight! I’m kind of nervous about everything, and if it will turn out okay and nothing bad happens (last year the strap on my dress broke and I had to use a safety pin, which I luckily had). I really hope everyone has a great time. I think Denise might come over afterwards. That’ll be fun. So. Yep. SEMI! Hopefully they play music me and my friends like this time.

I can’t believe only eight more days of school. I’m gonna miss my Techies! I wish everyone could just go to Cape. That would be so much better.

-◊♥◊-

*Sighs*

BTW: I will have a whole page written about Semi. There will also be tons of pictures.

LA This Year

The most valuable part of LA this year for me was when we learned a lesson about expressing yourself in your writing. It was about voice, or something along those lines. It refreshed my memory of that lesson in 3rd grade and it helped med write better.

The most memorable thing in LA this year was… Well, actually there were a lot of things. The poetry we wrote, the book reviews, basically for me, everything we wrote in this class was memorable. I think writing in itself is enough to remember. I wrote some great stuff that I am proud of this year, and for me, I think it was most memorable to write in this class.

The lesson that made me think was the one wear Mrs. Albanese mentioned that your writing or poems didn’t have to make sense to other people. She said something similiar to the fact that it’s you who is writing, and if it means something to you, write about it. Even if other people don’t understand, it still is important and means something.

Whose Going to Semi?

Semi’s tomorrow! May 30th! I’m ready. I have my dress and everything. I’m wearing this bright pink dress and it’s so pretty. I love it. I can’t wait to see my friends there. Everyone’s going to look great! Ha. I’m definitely bringing a camera. I hope it’s great.

Spring Concert!

Last night was Mariner’s spring concert! My favorite part was when my group (Me, Denise, and Kassy) sang ‘Seasons of Love’ from Rent. It was awesome. The only problem was that Kassy and Denise’s mics didn’t work! I had to hold mine up to them when they sang their parts. All in all, I think we did a great job. After us was Hayden and Elise singing ‘The Way I Am’. They also did awesome! Congrats to Jenny’s group! Jenny did great on the guitar! She also played it in ‘The Middle’. I would talk about the seventh grade group, but I don’t know them. Haha. Sorry. I was just so happy that people started clapping during my group’s song. It was pretty cool. Mr. Czep messed up on who sang the songs… But we corrected him. That was pretty funny. Oh, and, haha, I didn’t trip over anything! That’s new! I’m glad because I was in heels and it would’ve hurt really bad. So, the concert went well. Woohoo!

Oh, and the 8th grade chorus is also singing for 8th grade graduation… Not the songs from the concert but the song called ‘Graduation’. Haha. I think that’s what it’s called… But anyway, yep. We’re singing again. For the last time at Mariner… After three years of being in this chorus.

Wow.

Awesome Weekend!

This weekend I went to my friend Hayden’s house. That was so fun! I got there at nine after a bonfire for my youth group. It was just me, Hayden, and Denise. We hung out, talked, and got on MySpace for a while. Then we had this insane idea we were going to Happy Harry’s to get water balloons… We ran the whole way there. I’m not even joking. It wasn’t that far. We got our water balloons and 5 Hour Energy (we decided we’d try it).

When we got back to the house, we filled up the water balloons and drank our 5 Hour Energy’s. The 5 Hour Energy’s were disgusting, but we drank them anyway. It made me and Denise wild, but it made Hayden scary. She was kind of bipolar after she drank it. But, Denise and I ignored it. So then we went outside at one o’clock AM and had a ‘water balloon’ fight. That was so much fun.

But wait! There’s more! During the water balloon fight, this creepy black car kept circling the part of the neighborhood where Hayden lived. I’m not just saying once or twice. At about the tenth time this guy came around we were running so fast inside the house! So, needless to say, our water balloon fight in the AM was cut short.

No, I’m not done yet. Hayden went to bed about an hour and a half after the water balloon fight. Denise and I went downstairs and ate, and then we tried to turn the couch into a bed. Haha. Funny story: it didn’t work. Me and her explored every part of that couch to find a lever or something! We even injured ourselves by falling against the windowsill trying to pull it apart. Yeah, not smart. Finaly, we just decide to wake up Hayden. Hayden gets up, walks to the couch, pulls it up, pushes it so it clicks, and then it falls. Me and Denise are staring in awe at this. We spent an hour trying to get it to do that and all it takes is a click? Whatever.

In the morning, we got up, watched a little TV, and then headed down to the pool. It was cold! It was so freezing! After about fifteen minutes we just decided we were going to listen to music by the pool. We did that for a while until we got bored and went for a walk. Then we went back to Hayden’s and I left.

My weekend was awesome thanks to Hayden and Denise! They rock!

So What?

All my friends think I have an obsession. Okay, I do. And they don’t? I think just about everyone has an obsession with something. Whether it’s Twilight, MX Racing, Guitar Hero, whatever it is, it’s still an obsession. So, when you critisize me about my obsession, think about yours.

Thanks!
